Bonnie and I have been dealing with a unnamed Saskatchewan Government Agency trying to get some papers filed on behalf of our Church. Dealing with some of these people have been less then pleasant.

The other day when we called we asked for a confirmation as to whether or not she received our papers. She would not confirm and told us to call back in two weeks, which would give them time to confirm based on Canada Post deliveries. I advised her Weyburn was only one hour drive from Regina so why would it take two weeks to mail something. She dug her heels in and said call back in two weeks for confirmation.

Finally we asked if she was in front of her computer and told her to just punch our name into the computer. Her response was almost like "Well if I have too" She was then able to confirm that the letter was received from us and rejected, requiring additional information, and that a new packet had been sent to the church.

And she wanted us to wait two weeks to call back????
