For two years in a row I did the Body For Life Program

It's basically 12 weeks of torture but the results are

worth every drop of sweat and pain.

So on October 27th I started back in the gym

after being out for over a year and half since

I quit policing.

No more McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza

Chips and most of all Dr. Pepper

I look forward to Cottage Cheese and Pure Green Tea :(
